Natrona County educators, trustees propose technology policy

| For many Natrona County parents, students’ primary use of their district-issued computers is to surf Facebook and play games. Educators and trustees aim to change that perception, justified or not, with a school board technology policy created by a group of school and district staff members. The proposed policy adopts standards set by the International Society for Technology in Education and requires the board to provide and maintain technology tools for students and professional development for all teachers.
