State Weighs Testing Curbs on Teachers

An analysis of 2009 Regents scores statewide showed that test scores were skewed toward a passing grade of 65 not just in math and science but in all the main subject areas, including English and history. Experts on testing and statistics said the results suggested widespread score inflation.
