St. Paul school board members approve dramatic re-organization plan for district
The St. Paul school board unanimously approved a plan Tuesday that will dramatically alter the city's schools over the next three years, largely doing away with the magnet school/citywide busing model that's been a staple of the district for decades and channeling students instead to schools close to home.
