ELC teachers, school district exchange contract proposals

Estherville Lincoln Central school officials and the ELC Education Association exchanged initial proposals for the 2012-13 contract year Wednesday evening. Representing the school were superintendent Tara Paul, school board members Mike Karels and Don Schiltz and Brett Nitzschke from Ray & Associaties. Representing the ELCEA, the teacher's union, were Chuck Fandel, Lili Jensen, David Finley, Jeremy Zeigler and Robyn Swisher.
